Floody
This Privacy Policy explains how MAY WORKS handles information in Floody.
1. Information stored by the app
Floody does not require an account or sign-in. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. MAY WORKS does not intentionally collect directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the app.
2. Advertising and third-party services
Floody uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, app usage information, and approximate location based on IP address in connection with advertising and related services.

3. App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, Floody may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking that requires this permission. You may allow or deny the request. Your choice can later be changed in iOS Settings, subject to Apple's system controls.
4. Data storage
Locally stored game data generally remains on the device until it is removed by the operating system, cleared, or the app is deleted. Data processed by third-party advertising services is subject to the retention practices of those providers.
5. Children's privacy
Floody is not directed at children under 13. MAY WORKS does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Floody account or MAY WORKS server.
6. Sharing of information
MAY WORKS does not sell user information. Information may be processed by the advertising provider described above as part of providing advertising and related services.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
